Every little girl has imagined herself as a Disney princess, so when I received this beautiful drawing of me “Disney-ed,” I was particularly stoked. I was also hit with an important realization:
Jen captured what I can only describe as a magnetic sense of delight - the radiating joy I experience when something I bring something I imagined into real life.
I used to believe that to have the life I wanted, I needed to KNOW more. I needed more skills, more connections… Some secret I did not yet possess. A magical answer that eluded me…
I felt like I was walking around in the dark, bumping into things, unable to fulfil on the life of freedom and adventure I wanted. One where things I imagined became real.
So I read everything I could find about unlocking your potential: Eckhart Tolle, Tim Ferris, Deepak Chopra, Marianne Williamson, Tony Robbins, Gabby Bernstein… I listened to podcasts, took courses, graduated from university three times… And I still didn’t have the answer.
I was stuck on the “success” hampster wheel (read: trapped, overwhelmed and anxious) - and I didn’t know how to get off of it.
What I didn’t realize was that everything I needed was already accessible to me. I didn’t need more knowledge, more skill, more confidence or more connection. I just needed the habits and practises to allow me to actually create the flexibility and freedom I was craving.
I didn’t have the systems to anchor my imagination in reality and create magic. That’s why I’m running a series of FREE events, to share the 5 simple steps every entrepreneur needs to put in place to soar www.kaitrich.com/events
